    Introduction#

    This documentation is for organisations signed up for Glow Data Service , and is designed to help them get started with using the Service and introducing them to our APIs.
    You need to have signed up with the Service and have at least one live application in our systems in order to use the referenced services and APIs.
    This documentation also explains the core concepts the service is built on, including data retrieval via the DCC and regulations around energy consumer verification and consent for smart meter data access. Here, we have also outlined the available methods for verifying your energy consumers, and explain how to facilitate smart meter onboarding.
